MY FAVORITES

The below samples are finished with an ebony core off-white matte and a gloss wooden black frame with a gold inner border

“Gough Whitlam” proudly marches with “The Builders & Worker Union” on “The Labor Day March” in Sydney 1963. “Whitlam” became the leader of “The Labor Party” in opposition in 1967 & became “Prime Minister” in 1972 defeating “Billy McMahon” ending 23 years of “Coalition Government”, (Liberal/Country Parties)

“NSW Premier, Joseph John Cahill, J.J or Joe” signing the contract to commence “Stage-1 of The Sydney Opera House” in February, 1959. Sadly 8 months later in October, 1959, “J.J” died of a heart complaint. “Cahill” was a “Labor Man” & was “Premier of NSW’ from 1952-59. I have always loved the atmosphere of this photograph.

An astounding assembly of political characters from former “Australian Prime Ministers”, visiting “International Dignitaries” to speakers at “The Domain” in Sydney. A classic example is the below shot of “Sir Robert Menzies”,{D37-2}, displaying the sign “The wise Australian buys Australian”, somewhat of a daunting exercise in this period of “Australian History”.

Please don’t hesitate to inquire via email as these shots are a mere cross section of my library.
