MY FAVORITES

The below samples are finished with an ebony core off-white matte and a gloss wooden black frame with a gold inner border

Elizabeth “Golden Girl” Cuthbert, AC, MBE, 4x Olympic gold medalist. Commonly know as “Betty”, she won two gold medals in the individual track sprints (100 and 200m) and a third gold in the 4x 100m relay in the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. Eight years on Betty won gold in the individual 400m at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

“Marlene Mathews, OA.”At the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne “Marlene” won two bronze medals, over 100m and 200m. In both races she was beaten by country woman Betty Cuthbert. Dad’s “artistic ability” in composing this photograph is demonstated by depicting an “Elite Athlete” as just an “Ordinary Everyday Person”

Please don’t hesitate to inquire via email as these shots are a mere cross section of my library.
