1. It is essential to read & abide by the above Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

2. At all times, in the situation where files are supplied for, publications, internet, advertising ect;, the files remain the property of “Michael McQuillan’s Classic Photographs.” The forementioned files will be deleted after agreed use. A form, “Contract”, which will be tabled & sent via email & will be signed by the buyer before any files are released. No such “Contract” will be required for any “Prints” purchased on “EMCP”, payment is acknowledgement that the “Terms & Conditions” will be abided by.

3. Under no circumstances are any files or photographs to be reproduced, copied or altered.

4. The “Copyright” is printed on all prints. This is very small & is usally on the very bottom L/H/S & will be concealed when mounted & framed.

5. If files are to be used in a digital display or website it is only for a one time use according to the agreed time frame of that particular display, which will be documented on a signed “Contract”.

6. Any files supplied for book or digital display will be accredited to “Ern McQuillan” stating that they have been sourced from “Michael McQuillan’s Classic Photographs”, with email address mc.mcquillan@bigpond.com

7. Files being used for a book publication, $110.00 per 1000 copies will be invoiced after 5000 are initially produced. If any files are used as a cover photograph an additional 100% per file will apply.

8. If files/photographs are to be used in a television show or series 50% of the original invoice will be charged if the show/series is re-run. If a DVD was to be made a price would be negotiated.

9. Terms for “Licensing” or “Buying” a file/photograph may be arranged upon request.

Please note that all photographs purchased on “EMCP” are sold as “PRINTS ONLY” and will be dispatched in postage tubes. The expense of freight and damage in transite are far too high and the money outlayed on freight would be better spent on your own framing requirements. I have learnt from expereince over the years that this is the best method.

All the photographs that are displayed on “EMCP” are rendered as a low resolution {100 DPI} reproduction with a “Watermark” layer. Any ordered print/file will be of high resolution without the “Watermark”.

“TO ORDER” Quote the file number & any description under the desired photograph, your name & delivery address. “GST” is included in the price as is postage within Australiain. Over seas postage is an extra $20.00. Multiple prints ordered at the same time & address will only be charged for the 1 delivery.

For Publication: Book publishing, electronic media, news paper, magazine or any form of media publication;

Files are for Book Publications & al forms of Media /Social Media & Advertising formats. A discount may be negotiated for 6 or more files per order.

NB:

• Cropping may be neccessary in some prints due to negative format but full size of print will be achieved unless requested by customer.

• All prints have a lifetime guarantee & are printed on the finest materials available.

• Files/photographs will have any scratches & dust marks meticulously removed before printing & dispatch.

• Cost of typesetting, such as the name of an individual, career record, group or organisation will be added @ a negotiated price.

• All files for media publication will be dispatched via email after size & format are specified.

• Agreed payment in full is required before any file/photograph is delivered.
